INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. steel cut oats
- 1/2 c. quinoa (rinsed)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring this to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Put on the lid.
- Let sit overnight.
