INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c. steel cut oats
  • 1/2 c. quinoa (rinsed)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring this to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Put on the lid.
  4. Let sit overnight.

Makes 4-5 servings.
